Dr. Fraser gives invited talk at TALN 2013

Dr. Fraser gave an invited talk entitled "Improving Translation to Morphologically Rich Languages" at TALN 2013, the main French NLP conference, today. He discussed state-of-the-art techniques for statistical translation tasks involving translating to a target language that is morphologically richer than the source language; and reviewed his current research on linguistically aware statistical machine translation in the DFG project Morphosyntax.
